Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

All merchandise returned to EDCIMBA must include all original items and packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use a secure replacement box with proper protective materials.

The return address may vary depending on the product and will be provided on your return label.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Purchases made during promotional sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless a manufacturer defect is present.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item.

We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
