Returns

• Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• All merchandise returned to EDCIMBA must include all original items and packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use a secure replacement box with proper protective materials.
• The return address may vary depending on the product and will be provided on your return label.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• Purchases made during promotional sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless a manufacturer defect is present.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item.
• We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.
